Role Description
In the full-time, on-site role of Head of Sales and Business Development, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, you will oversee the sales strategy and drive business growth for Puma Machineries & Accessories. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, managing and mentoring the sales team, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities to expand market share. The role also involves analyzing market trends, ensuring key account management, and implementing effective sales processes to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management
- Strong Team Management and leadership capabilities
- Analytical Skills to assess market trends and business opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the machinery industry or related sectors
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet business objectives
