The Role: Billing & Partnerships Management (Digital)

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day
    billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable
    tasks.
  • Ensure
    accuracy and timeliness
    of bill preparation, posting, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare
    monthly/quarterly reports
    on billing and outstanding payments.
  • Support
    cash flow management
    and revenue tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational
    financial policies
    and relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to
    resolve billing discrepancies
    .

Vendor Management:

  • Oversee vendor relationships, including onboarding, contract management, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure timely vendor payments, resolve disputes, and maintain transparent communication to strengthen long-term partnerships.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in
    Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    .
  • Professional certifications (e.g.,
    CA/ACCA part-qualified
    ) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of
    accounting standards and financial regulations
    .
  • Excellent
    analytical and numerical skills
    with attention to detail.
  • Strong
    organizational and communication abilities
    .
  • Ability to work
    under pressure and meet deadlines
    .
  • Vendor relationship management and
    negotiation skills
    .
