two specialized SEO Experts
for distinct roles.

Open Positions
1. Local SEO & Outreach Specialist (Backlink Expert)

Key Responsibilities

●    Develop and implement Local SEO strategies
to increase visibility on Google Maps, GMB, and local search results.

●    Build and execute
high-quality backlink strategies
(guest posts, niche edits, authority links).

●    Conduct
competitor backlink analysis
and identify new link-building opportunities.

●    Manage
local citations
and ensure NAP consistency across directories.

●    Perform
outreach campaigns
to industry blogs, healthcare sites, and local publishers.

●    Work closely with the content team to develop
linkable assets
.

Requirements

●    Proven track record in Local SEO and link-building outreach
.

●    Strong knowledge of
Google Business Profile optimization
.

●    Familiarity with outreach tools.

●    Deep understanding of
E-E-A-T and white-hat link-building techniques
.

●    Strong communication skills for
outreach and negotiation
.

2. On-Page SEO & Content Optimization Specialist

Key Responsibilities

●    Conduct keyword research, topic clustering, and NLP optimization
.

●    Optimize
meta titles, descriptions, schema, headings, and internal linking
.

●    Work with writers to improve
content depth, readability, and authority.

●    Run content audits
to identify gaps, cannibalization, and ranking opportunities.

●    Ensure all content is
SEO-friendly, fact-checked, and medically accurate.

●    Collaborate with the technical SEO team to improve Core Web Vitals and UX signals.

Requirements

●    Proven experience in on-page SEO and content optimization
.

●    Strong understanding of
semantic SEO, LSI, and search intent alignment
.

●    Ability to
out-rank competitors
with content quality.

●    Hands-on knowledge of
SEO tools
(Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console).

●    Exceptional analytical and writing collaboration skills.

General Requirements for Both Roles

●    Minimum 3+ years of
dedicated SEO experience
.

●    Ability to
research competitors and reverse-engineer strategies
.

●    Healthcare niche experience is a plus.

●    Must deliver
quality and quantity
within deadlines.

●    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the marketing team.
