Job Title: Content and Community Associate (Intern/Part-Time)

Location: Hybrid – Banglamotor Office, Dhaka + Remote

Duration: 4–6 months (with scope for extension or full-time conversion)

Time Commitment: 15–20 hours per week (flexible scheduling) About SpikeStory

SpikeStory is a platform at the intersection of storytelling, content, and insight-driven thought leadership. Think of us as the strategic content engine powering the next generation of Bangladeshi success stories (or as we love to call them, "spike" stories).

We're building something big and meaningful. And we're looking for a sharp, curious mind to join us in shaping this journey.

About the Role

As a Content and Community Associate, you'll be responsible for two equally exciting missions:

  1. Generating and executing engaging content ideas that can spark conversations and go viral among SpikeStory's aspirational audience.

  2. Nurturing and activating SpikeStory's community of high-achieving youth, early-career professionals, and changemakers through meaningful digital and offline initiatives.

You'll work directly with the co-founders and creative leads to grow both voice and vibe.

Key Responsibilities

Content (60%)


• Brainstorm and pitch creative content formats (posts, carousels, reels, blogs, micro-stories)


• Write and script compelling content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, newsletter, etc.)


• Collaborate with designers to bring ideas to life visually


• Monitor audience responses, engagement trends, and performance data to refine content direction

Community (40%)


• Curate and manage the "National Achievers' Club" (SpikeStory's internal community of top achievers)


• Plan and execute community-driven campaigns (spotlight features, AMA sessions, digital meetups)


• Coordinate logistics for community events, both digital and physical


• Ensure continuous touchpoints with members (birthdays, wins, check-ins, personalized shoutouts)

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:


• University student or recent graduate (any major welcome, but Communication, Business, or Journalism is a plus)


• Strong writing and idea-generation skills in English (bonus if Bangla too)


• Creative mindset with a strong pulse on what clicks on the internet


• Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content workflows

Good-to-Haves:


• Prior experience in student clubs, campus organizing, or online communities


• Familiarity with Canva, Notion, or basic video editing tools


• Passion for human stories, culture, and youth-led movements
