Job Nature
Full Time (On-site)

Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (aligned with U.S. business hours)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Industry: U.S. Property Preservation

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program covering both client coordination and processing workflows.
  • Communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and vendors to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Review, verify, and process property preservation work orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage documentation, photo reviews, and task follow-ups through company systems.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure proper workflow and issue resolution.
  • Maintain quality control standards and meet daily performance targets.
  • Report project updates, discrepancies, and status summaries to supervisors regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to make quick, effective decisions and show leadership potential.
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
