The Coordinator – Data Specialist / Data Analytics will be responsible for managing, analysing, and reporting organisational data to support business decisions and regulatory requirements. The role ensures that the BI tool (SF Analytics) operates seamlessly 24/7, enabling a smooth flow of accurate and timely information across the organization. The incumbent will work closely with technical and business teams to translate data into actionable insights, maintain reporting efficiency, and enhance overall data-driven decision-making.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Understand the business user's requirements and database, along with the data structure, to fulfil the requirements and management reporting.
  • Manage end-user queries and triage incidents as necessary.
  • Utilise BI tools to ensure business needs are met through accurate reporting and dashboard.
  • Develops BI documentations to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
  • Provide recommendations to update the current MIS and data structure to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
  • Perform data analysis for generating reports periodically and provide regular reports for senior management.
  • Understand the business user's problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
  • Provide support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Understand the business need to progress the required reports for regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure the latest technology in use and best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the applications, following the standard design principles, patterns and best practices.
  • High integrity and ethics when handling confidential information.
  • Work closely with the technical team and perform other duties as and when required.

Requirements:

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or Graduation in MIS.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development
    ,
    Database Management and BI Tools.
  • Proficiency in SDLC, SQL Server, MySQL, PowerBI, Business Process automation tools and data analysis tools.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationship with vendors, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.

Working Relationship:

Internal: Functional Heads, Database Admin, Business FPR, Developer, and Colleagues.

External: Software Vendor
