Senior Sales Executive - Real Estate / Land Share
Job Description / Responsibility
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate team, specializing in land share projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and in-depth knowledge of the land share business model prevalent in South Asian markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales of land share projects by identifying and engaging potential investors and buyers
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
- Conduct site visits and presentations to explain land share concepts, project details, and investment benefits
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining client satisfaction
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
- Provide comprehensive guidance to clients on land share investment opportunities, ROI projections, and market trends
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring transparency throughout the sales process
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions, pricing strategies, and customer preferences
- Participate in marketing campaigns, property exhibitions, and promotional events
- Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
About Land Share Model
The land share model is an innovative real estate investment approach where multiple investors jointly purchase land for development. Investors share both the investment cost and future profits proportionally, making premium real estate projects accessible to a broader range of investors while minimizing individual risk.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Skills Required: Real Estate Marketing, Real Estate, Real Estate Management, Real estate companies, Real Estate Sales, Real Estate Development, Real state Developer
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company,Real Estate,Real Estate Startup,Land Management
Additional Requirements
- Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in real estate, with at least 2 years specifically in land share or similar models - Land Share Expertise:
Comprehensive understanding of the land share business model, including: - Joint ownership structures and profit-sharing mechanisms
- Legal documentation and registration processes
- Development timelines and milestone-based payments
- Exit strategies and resale procedures
- Sales Aptitude:
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets with strong negotiation and closing skills
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bengali
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of high-net-worth individuals and potential investors
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and documentation in Bangladesh/India
- Experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use land development projects
- Professional certification in real estate or sales (RERA certification is a plus)
