Executive – Sales

We are looking for three (3) highly motivated and experienced sales professionals to drive business growth, expand our market reach, and strengthen client relationships. If you have a background in woven fabric sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for the textile industry, this is your opportunity to join a leading manufacturer and make a significant impact. This role requires expertise in sales strategy, market research, and customer engagement to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the fabric and textile sector.
 - Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with garment manufacturers, wholesalers, and retail brands.
 - Present fabric collections and samples to clients, aligning them with market needs.
 
Marketing & Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance market presence.
 - Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
 - Collaborate with the product development team to introduce innovative fabric solutions.
 - Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
 
Client Management & Support:
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
 - Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.
 - Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely order deliveries.
 
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report progress to management.
 - Maintain detailed records of sales, customer interactions, and market insights.
 - Provide recommendations to enhance sales strategies.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
 
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the textile, fabric, or garment industry. (Executive, Sales & Marketing (Fabrics))

Skills:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.

 - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with local & international fabric buyers.
 - Understanding of textile manufacturing & supply chain processes.
