Project Manager/ Project Coordinator

Key Points

We are a leading image editing and graphic design company providing post-production services as a freelancing platform & work with clients globally. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Project Manager/Project Co-Ordinator to join our team.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Implement and maintain efficient workflows to streamline production processes, including scripting for software like Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Collaborate with the production team to enhance productivity and optimize quality.
  • Handle all test work received from potential clients, ensuring the highest standards are met before final delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards across all projects.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent understanding of quality assurance in post-production image editing.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in quality control.
  • Identify training needs and based on that prepare & plan training accordingly for teams performance improvement.
  • Can able to work on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom and have experience with different high end retouching like - model, E-commerce products, Jewelry (different ornaments; gold & diamond) etc. will add advantage.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Willingness to do overtime duty.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the HOD and COO.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Masters
  • Skills Required: Project Management, JavaScript, Graphics Design, Photo Editing, Microsoft Word, Project Planning, Adobe Photoshop, Good at reading and writing English

Experience Requirements

  • 5 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Software Company ,IT Enabled Service ,BPO/ Data Entry Firm ,DTP House ,E-commerce

Additional Requirements

  • Tech base person.
  • Understanding and writing capacity of basic English.
