Compliance Specialist

Compliance Specialist Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring compliance across our platform, advancing initiatives that require strong attention to detail and sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop outreach campaigns related to compliance programs
Communicate with users to support compliance processes and ensure alignment with requirements
Manage user outreach campaigns, tracking and documenting requirements against strict deadlines
Create and manage marketplace compliance process documentation
Analyze data to create and manage compliance reports as needed
Effectively manage work order compliance audits and clearly articulate potential risk to internal staff

Requirements:
Fluent in English, with consistent communication with US team members and Field Nation users
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, including Marketplace Provider, Customer Success, Product and Marketing
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
Strong understanding of data programs and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Experience using Google Suite and Salesforce preferred
Comfortable making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
