Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child Protection Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of child protection programs in Dhaka Division.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child protection, program management, and leadership. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with government officials, NGOs, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Country Director to develop and implement the five-year plan for enhancing protection and providing excellent child protection services in Dhaka Division. They will also provide leadership to a team of social workers, law enforcement experts, and community coordinators who will support first responders in providing high-quality child protection services.

The role will involve:

  • Developing and implementing child protection programs that meet the needs of vulnerable children in Dhaka Division.
  • Providing leadership and management to a team of staff members.
  • Building relationships with government officials, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and partnership.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on program progress and achievements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, or Social Work.
  • At least 5 years' experience in child protection program management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing effective child protection programs.
