Job Summary:

We are seeking a Security Specialist to join our team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our staff, assets, and operations.


The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience conducting security operations, with prior leadership and/or management experience being a plus. They should also possess fluency in English and local languages, as well as excellent writing and speaking skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong security culture within the team.
  • Develop and implement effective safety and security protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation plans.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on safety and security best practices.
  • Lead debriefs and learning exercises after incidents and ensure full documentation and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of security management documentation.
  • Submit regular security reports to senior management.


Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience conducting security operations.
  • Prior leadership and/or management experience.
  • Fluency in English and local languages.
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills.
  • Valid driver's license and experience driving manual vehicles in rough terrain.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
