Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary located in Dhaka. The Secretary will be responsible for performing clerical tasks, managing communication, providing executive administrative assistance, and offering customer service. Duties include scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating with other staff members to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Clerical Skills and Company Secretarial Work experience
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
