About the Role

· Manage functional and developmental activities related to Income Tax, VAT, and RJSC matters for assigned business units, under the guidance of the Head of Taxation and Regulatory Affairs.

  • Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting, while maintaining strong relationships with relevant authorities through effective communication.
  • Oversee compliance with licensing requirements necessary for business incorporation and operations, including E-TIN, BIN, Trade License, IRC, ERC, and FF License.
  • Proactively assess taxation and regulatory practices within the Strategic Business Units (SBU) to identify opportunities for enhanced compliance.
  • Implement strategic tax planning initiatives aimed at minimizing the tax liability of the Strategic Business Unit (SBU).

What We are Looking For:

· Bachelor/Master's in Business Studies

· CA (CC) with part Qualification

· Minimum 3-5 years' experience of working in the domain of Income Tax, VAT and Company Secretarial Affairs
