About the Role

We are seeking motivated and results-driven
Telesales Specialists
to join our expanding sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to businesses across the Northern USA and sell our
digital marketing services
, including solutions such as
websites, social media marketing, branding, and video content
.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the drive to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients within the Northern USA.
  • Present and promote our
    digital marketing solutions
    to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable service packages.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Keep accurate records of leads, calls, and sales in CRM.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or digital marketing sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with digital services and sales tools (CRM knowledge is a plus).
