We're looking for a
Cold Calling / Tele-Sales Expert
to help us scale user acquisition and grow the platform by directly reaching out to both professionals and buyers.
Role Overview
As a
Cold Calling / Tele-Sales Expert
, your main KPI will be the
number of successful conversions (professionals onboarded and buyers acquired)
. You will be the first point of contact for many prospects and play a key role in driving adoption of KriyaKarak.
This role includes a
probation period of 3–6 months
, during which you must achieve defined call and conversion targets.
Incentives
will be provided for exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
outbound cold calls
to reach potential service professionals and buyers. - Pitch KriyaKarak's value proposition clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain call records, follow up with leads, and close deals over the phone.
- Achieve and exceed
daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets
. - Assist in onboarding new professionals to complete their profiles.
- Educate buyers on how to use the platform to find and hire professionals.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to refine call scripts and strategies.
- Report progress, KPIs, and feedback to management regularly.
Requirements
- Experience:
Minimum 2+ years in cold calling, telesales, or customer acquisition. - Preference for candidates with SaaS, marketplace, or digital product experience.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal communication in
Bangla & English
. - Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and confident in working with targets.
- Basic computer literacy (CRM or call management tools is a plus).
