We're looking for a 
Cold Calling / Tele-Sales Expert
 to help us scale user acquisition and grow the platform by directly reaching out to both professionals and buyers.

 
Role Overview

As a 
Cold Calling / Tele-Sales Expert
, your main KPI will be the 
number of successful conversions (professionals onboarded and buyers acquired)
. You will be the first point of contact for many prospects and play a key role in driving adoption of KriyaKarak.

This role includes a 
probation period of 3–6 months
, during which you must achieve defined call and conversion targets. 
Incentives
 will be provided for exceeding sales goals.

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 
    outbound cold calls
     to reach potential service professionals and buyers.
  • Pitch KriyaKarak's value proposition clearly and persuasively.
  • Maintain call records, follow up with leads, and close deals over the phone.
  • Achieve and exceed 
    daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets
    .
  • Assist in onboarding new professionals to complete their profiles.
  • Educate buyers on how to use the platform to find and hire professionals.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to refine call scripts and strategies.
  • Report progress, KPIs, and feedback to management regularly.

 
Requirements

  • Experience:
     Minimum 2+ years in cold calling, telesales, or customer acquisition.
  • Preference for candidates with SaaS, marketplace, or digital product experience.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication in 
    Bangla & English
    .
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and confident in working with targets.
  • Basic computer literacy (CRM or call management tools is a plus).

     Competitive (starting BDT 25,000+, based on experience).
