Role Description

Coordinate export bookings and shipments

Communicate professionally with international buyers

Manage export documentation (PI, BL, Packing List, etc.)

Liaise with freight forwarders and shipping lines

Follow up on LCs, invoices, and payments

Ensure compliance with export regulations

Support the commercial team with operational tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, or Supply Chain

1–3 years of experience in export/commercial operations

Strong English communication skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Knowledge of LC processing, INCOTERMS, and export documentation

Ability to work independently and under
