Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Executive, based in the Comilla District. The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for overseeing product quality through regular inspections, ensuring adherence to established quality standards. Daily tasks include conducting laboratory tests, monitoring and calibrating equipment, maintaining documentation for QA compliance, and collaborating with production teams to identify and address potential quality issues. The role demands vigilance, technical expertise, and a solution-oriented mindset to uphold the company's commitment to delivering high-quality products to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices
  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving quality issues
  • Hands-on experience with Laboratory Skills and Calibration processes
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow established quality protocols
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Chemistry, Engineering, or Manufacturing is a plus
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry and familiarity with global quality standards
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
