Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations In-Charge located in Mirpur Model Thana. The Operations In-Charge will manage daily logistics operations, oversee inbound and outbound shipments, and ensure timely and efficient delivery services. Responsibilities include coordination with internal departments, managing customs processes, addressing operational challenges, and optimizing workflow to guarantee superior service quality. The role also requires maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in logistics, freight forwarding, and customs brokerage operations.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in multilingual communication and expertise in international trading processes is advantageous.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively and ensure efficient workflow management.
  • Proficiency in using technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics and supply chain management.
  • A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or operational role in a logistics or supply chain company is highly desirable.
