Job Summary
The
Business Development
will play a key role in driving ProMark's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to expand the agency's portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the marketing, advertising, and creative industries — with proven experience in client acquisition, partnership development, and business strategy.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to bring in new projects, nurture long-term client relationships, and collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and operations teams to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to meet agency revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across digital, branding, and production services.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and potential client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and industry contacts.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, pitches, and business presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop client solutions and project strategies.
- Lead negotiations and finalize business deals ensuring mutual value and profitability.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, pipeline health, and client engagement outcomes.
- Represent ProMark at industry events, networking sessions, and partnership meetings.
- Mentor junior business development or account management team members when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client onboarding and manage overall business development strategy.
- Identify potential clients and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Relations, or Sales — preferably in a marketing, media, or creative agency.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, and digital communication trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and market gaps.
- Proven track record of achieving sales or revenue targets.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships at senior levels.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, and MS Office.
- A proactive, confident, and result-driven personality with leadership potential.
