The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth across our diverse portfolio. You will be the key player in generating qualified leads, crafting custom solutions, and closing deals for both our local IoT projects and our international AI & BPO services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and target potential clients across key sectors through research, scraping, and networking. Key verticals include:

Smart Utility Monitoring (Water, Gas, Energy)

Smart Agriculture & Environmental Monitoring (Air/Water Quality)

Smart Industrial Monitoring & Supply Chain Tracking

Smart City & Green Building Infrastructure

Government and Large-Scale Project Tenders

Custom Solution Packaging: Analyze client needs and work with our technical team to design and propose tailored packages that combine our IoT, AI, and Cybersecurity services.

Sales Pipeline Management: Own the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach and setting appointments to delivering compelling presentations and negotiating contracts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our US and Canadian-based marketing and R&D teams to align strategies, tailor offerings for the North American and European markets (for AI/BPO services), and ensure a seamless client experience.

Market Reporting: Provide weekly reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Who You Are:

A proven hunter with a strong track record in B2B sales, preferably in technology, IT services, or telecom.

An excellent communicator and negotiator, capable of engaging with C-level executives and technical managers alike.

A strategic thinker who can understand complex client problems and architect valuable solutions.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.

Proficient in using CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead-generation tools.

Familiarity with design tools like Canva for creating pitches and CapCut for short video edits is a significant plus.
