Junior Executive - Corporate Sales

Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Executive – Corporate Sales to join our Corporate Sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Homecare and Hygiene products, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.

  • Assist in developing and executing corporate sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for new business.
  • Coordinate with Corporate clients to ensure timely delivery and order processing.
  • Conduct market visits, collect feedback, and analyze sales performance.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to ensure brand visibility and sales growth.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and client databases.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in corporate sales (preferably in Homecare and Hygiene products).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven.
