Brilliance Textile Mills Ltd. is looking for 2 motivated graduates to join as Junior Sales Support Executives. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn the foundations of sales coordination, client communication, and administrative support in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication

  • Maintain regular contact with clients through email, WhatsApp, and phone.
  • Confirm requirements and obtain necessary approvals.

Sample Management

  • Handle sample requisition, delivery, and approval processes.
  • Visit clients for sample approvals or lab dips when required.

Order Processing

  • Prepare and send Proforma Invoices.
  • Follow up on Letters of Credit (LCs).
  • Issue work orders to production and dyeing units.

Delivery Coordination

  • Confirm delivery schedules and secure required approvals.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of goods.

Interdepartmental Coordination

  • Liaise with sales, marketing, production, and delivery teams to maintain smooth workflow.

Documentation Handling

  • Send delivery documents, collect signed copies, and update the commercial team.

Administrative Support

  • Perform additional duties assigned by management or the department head.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Female fresh graduates encouraged to apply).

Experience:

  • No prior experience required. (Training will be provided.)

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in English & Bangla.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to multitask.
