Junior Executive (Inventory)

Job Description / Responsibility

JMI Group is one of the most promising, dynamic business conglomerates in Bangladesh. JMI Builders are developing executive apartment in prime locations of Bangladesh. We are a member of Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB).

We are looking for a Junior Executive (Inventory) in the Operations team.

  • Stay on the construction site full-time and manage day to day material inventory operations.
  • Receive all incoming material , check quality and quantity, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate ledger entries for every material receive and issued.
  • Keep updated records of all site materials, including stock balance, daily consumption, and pending requirements.
  • Ensure all materials are stored safely and properly according to type and usage.
  • Co-ordinate with the procurement and site execution teams regarding material needs and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to management (daily/ weekly/monthly as required)
  • Monitor material usage to reduce wastage and ensure accountability at all levels.

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Diploma Engineer or Bachelor's degree
  • Skills Required: Building Construction, Material Management, Inventory Management

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Real Estate,Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to stay and work full-time on site.
  • Strong organizational skills and basic knowledge of ledger/ record keeping.
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple teams.
