Junior Video Editor
to join our Creative Team. This is a
full-time role
based in
Dhaka, Bangladesh
, with
on-site, hybrid, and remote work options available
depending on experience and performance.

You will support the end-to-end video production process, from raw footage to final delivery. The role involves editing social media videos, digital ads, brand films, reels, and campaign-based content. You will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and content creators to deliver high-quality, performance-driven video assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, digital ads, websites, and campaigns
  • Assist in creating motion graphics, basic animations, and transitions
  • Apply color correction and basic color grading for visual consistency
  • Optimize videos for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Maintain brand tone, visual identity, and creative standards across all edits
  • Collaborate with the creative and digital teams during ideation and execution
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and quality benchmarks
  • Stay updated with video trends, formats, and platform best practices

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in video production and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or similar)
  • Basic to intermediate skills in motion graphics and animation
  • Understanding of video color grading and visual storytelling
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design principles is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and creative mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Passion for video content and eagerness to learn industry trends
  • Prior experience in marketing, agency, or media-related video projects is a plus
