Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Internal Audit professional. The position is primarily based in Gazipur Sadar Upazila, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and analyzing audit reports, performing financial audits, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. The role also involves leveraging analytical skills to identify risks, providing recommendations for financial improvements, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance transparency and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Audit Reports and conducting comprehensive Financial Audits
  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying risks and problem-solving
  • Solid understanding of Finance and financial practices
  • Effective Communication skills to present findings and collaborate with internal teams
  • Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or equivalent are a plus
  • Prior experience in apparel or manufacturing industries is advantageous
