About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Executive to join our team. This role involves managing all aspects of import, export, UD, and commercial documentation for woven garments.

Key Responsibilities

• Import & Customs: Follow up on imports, check HS codes, manage documentation, and liaise with customs.
• Bank & L/C: Handle LC opening and amendments, collect import documents, prepare and submit export documents.
• Export & EPB: Prepare commercial invoices, issue EXP, manage REX, GSP, and CO certificates.
• BGMEA Operations: UD/Amendments, export orders, FOC certificates, sample passbooks, and auto bond renewals.
• C&F / Freight: Coordinate with shipping lines and C&F agents, collect B/L, and manage shipping formalities.
• Custom Bond & Audit: Prepare documentation and statements for annual customs audits.
• Licensing & Compliance: Renewal of Trade License, Fire License, Factory License, IRC, ERC, EPB, BGMEA, Auto Bond License, etc.
• Experience in Import, UD, and Customs BOND will be a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 4–5 years' experience in woven garments import/export or commercial operations.
• Adequate knowledge of woven garments operations.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email communication, and internet browsing.
