Role Description

We are a leading lifestyle retail company representing two renowned international brands in Bangladesh. To strengthen our production and design capabilities, we are seeking a capable and creative professional to join our Footwear Production Factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Product Development team in the preparation and execution of new footwear sample developments.
  2. Support pattern grading, cutting, and sample preparation using Shoe master or related software.
  3. Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure smooth development and sample completion.
  4. Assist in material sourcing and follow-up to ensure availability for each article and category.
  5. Handle knives, molds, and technical tools as per project requirements.
  6. Provide feedback on molds, components, and materials in coordination with the technical and QA teams.
  7. Support EVA / outsole plant activities related to new designs and constructions.
  8. Maintain proper documentation of PD samples, materials, and development records.
  9. Attend supplier meetings and follow up on sample, material, and billing-related issues as required.
  10. Maintain good communication and professional relationships with team members, suppliers, and other departments.
  11. Stay updated and continuously learn about new materials, product construction methods, and footwear design trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Footwear / Leather Technology, Design, or a related field from a recognised university.
  • 0–2 years of experience in product development or design within the footwear industry. (Fresh graduates with strong technical skills are also encouraged to apply.)
