Assistant Manager – Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and executing comprehensive internal audit plans across all business pillars.
2. Conduct detailed audits to ensure compliance with financial controls and regulatory requirements.
3. Support risk management initiatives and drive implementation of robust internal controls.
4. Perform in-depth analysis of SAP/system data to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
5. Monitor audit findings and ensure timely closure of actions through strong follow-up with stakeholders.
6. Provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate potential risks.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen governance and control frameworks.
8. Continuously identify opportunities to improve audit processes and contribute to best-in-class operational excellence.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in SAP and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification (expected requirement)
- Prior experience in audit firms or internal audit functions (expected requirement)
