Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior System Engineer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems to ensure their reliability and performance. Key duties include troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, performing system administration tasks, and creating efficient system designs to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Systems Engineering and Systems Design to develop and optimize IT architectures
  • Expertise in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve system-related issues efficiently
  • Strong System Administration skills to manage and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware, are a plus
  • Experience in managing complex IT systems and infrastructure
