We are seeking a passionate and result-driven individual to join our team as a
Business Growth Executive
for our POS software solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and contributing to sustainable business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, digital platforms, and networking channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Confidently present the features and benefits of our POS software, ensuring clients clearly understand its value and business impact.
  • Conduct product demonstrations via phone, video calls, or in-person sessions to support client decision-making and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and existing clients, nurturing relationships to ensure long-term engagement and customer loyalty.
  • Support and participate in digital marketing initiatives such as social media promotions, email campaigns, and online advertisements to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Oversee payment collection processes with professionalism, ensuring smooth transactions and proper follow-up until completion.
  • Gather customer insights and feedback, translating them into actionable strategies for improving sales approaches and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain long-term business relationships by providing reliable after-sales communication and dedicated customer support.
  • Keep detailed records of leads, conversions, customer interactions, and business outcomes to guide future growth strategies.
  • Take ownership of sales targets, demonstrate accountability, and contribute directly to the company's business growth and revenue expansion.
