Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and designs that align with brand guidelines and objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing logos, conceptualizing design projects, working on branding initiatives, and mastering typography to enhance brand identity. Collaboration with the marketing and content teams will be a key part of the role, ensuring cohesive and impactful designs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design to create compelling visuals for various platforms.
  • Experience in Logo Design and Branding to establish and maintain a strong identity for the company's brands.
  • Strong understanding and application of Typography to ensure design excellence.
  • Skilled in working with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in designing for lifestyle, beauty, or wellness brands is a plus.
  • Additional experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices
  • Create eye-catching graphics for social media, branding, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop content ideas for posts, reels, shorts, and ad campaigns.
  • Manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Additional Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in Graphics Design, Banner Design ,Video editing, and Digital marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Excellent sense of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and color composition.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in an e-commerce, beauty products environment is preferred.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Graphics Design, Animation, Working under pressure, Storytelling, Adobe creative Suite, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Motion Design, Branding and typography, Professional Video Editing , Graphic Design and Digital Content Creation.

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): FMCG,Beauty Products,Personal care/Homecare Industries.
