Company Description

Don Sumdany Facilitation & Consultancy is a leading training, facilitation, and consultancy firm headed by internationally trained facilitator Ghulam Sumdany Don. We help solve clients' business problems through customized training modules, train-the-trainers programs, and facilitation of employee outings and target settings. Our consultancy services include brand marketing, events, activation, and developing in-house training modules or trainer teams. We focus on providing bespoke solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Training and Development Intern, based on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The intern will assist in designing and developing training programs, creating instructional materials, and delivering training sessions. Daily tasks include conducting research, preparing training documents, facilitating training sessions, and supporting the development of training curriculum. The intern will work closely with the training and development team to ensure effective delivery of training services.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Training & Development, Training
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in a similar role or relevant internships is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
