We're Hiring Senior Education Counselor – BEE Global Consultancy.

Location: Uttara, Dhaka

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Working Days: Sunday–Thursday

Salary: BDT 30,000 - BDT 45,000 + Monthly Performance Bonus

Position: Senior Education Counselor

We're looking for a dynamic, experienced, and passionate Senior Education Counselor who can lead counselling operations, guide students with confidence, and achieve monthly enrolment targets through strategic follow-up and expert advice.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one counselling to students regarding course options, university selection, and visa requirements

Assess students' profiles and recommend the most suitable institutions and programs abroad

Communicate with international university representatives for admissions, application status, and partnership updates

Maintain and manage leads through CRM; ensure timely follow-up and conversion

Prepare application documents, review SOPs, and assist with the visa documentation process

Conduct and participate in study-abroad seminars, events, and education expos

Maintain a collaborative team environment

Achieve individual and team enrolment targets for multiple intakes

Maintain a professional, ethical, and student-focused counselling approach

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, English or any discipline)
  2. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the study-abroad or student-counselling industry
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Bangla & English
  4. Sound knowledge of international education systems (Australia/UK/New Zealand/Malaysia preferred)
  5. Target-driven, confident, and highly organized
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
