Job Description / Responsibility

US-Bangla Airlines
is looking for a dynamic, hardworking and proactive employee for the above mentioned position for its
Design & Construction Department
who can work independently or with a team and have relevant experience as well as education.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design of Condominium / Educational Institute.
  • Preparing quotation, budget & schedule for different type of project.
  • To work closely with design teams of different project.
  • To work closely with the site engineers, project manager & other stack holders.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines such as Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Fire detection & Protection, Interior designers etc.

Educational Requirements

  • Skills Required: interpersonal and leadership skill, Communication and Negotiation Skill

Experience Requirements

  • 10 to 15 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Architecture Firm,Real Estate,Group of Companies,Developer

Additional Requirements

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Specialized in design of Condominium / Educational Institute.
  • The applicants should have experience in Residential High rise building design will be treated as an added advantage.
  • Updated knowledge about the latest building material items from home and abroad.
  • Updated knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code, RAJUK Imarat Nirman Bidhimala & different national and international standards of related field.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of Interior design and Landscape architecture design will be treated as an added quality.
  • Full Membership from IAB and RAJUK Nibondhon is a must.
