Lead AI Engineer
to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of advanced AI solutions across our products. In this role, you will lead end-to-end AI system design, build scalable model pipelines, and guide a growing AI/ML team.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy LLM, SLM, and multimodal AI systems.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, vector DBs, and agentic workflows.
• Develop and fine-tune models using PyTorch/TensorFlow, vLLM, and modern ML tooling.
• Lead data preparation, evaluation frameworks, and model monitoring.
• Mentor AI/ML engineers and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering with deep Python and ML framework expertise.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, and cloud deployment.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, MLOps, and scalable AI infrastructure.
• Proven leadership and ability to guide technical teams.
