Who You Are:

* A natural problem-solver who can think both big-picture and detail-oriented

* Fluent in brand storytelling, digital ecosystems, and integrated campaign planning

* Comfortable with research tools, human truths, and building PowerPoint decks that don't bore people to tears

* Bonus points if you're curious, witty, and occasionally weird (in the best way possible)

Requirements:

* Minimum 4 years of advertising agency experience in strategic planning or brand strategy

* Strong understanding of marketing communication, consumer insight mining, and campaign planning

* Excellent communication skills — written, visual, and verbal

* A portfolio or case studies that showcase how you think and what you've achieved
