Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of Manager - Planning located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Manager - Planning will be responsible for overseeing production planning processes to ensure efficiency and timely delivery. Key responsibilities include developing and monitoring production schedules, coordinating with various departments to meet deadlines, analyzing operational data, and optimizing workflows. The role also involves preparing reports, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in strategic planning, production planning, and project management
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and operational optimization
• Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and workflow coordination
• Familiarity with planning tools, software, and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required
• Previous experience in a similar planning or operations management role is highly preferred
