Position Required: Strategy and Planning Associate

Employment Type: Part-Time

Location:

Hybrid with 1 to 2 days per week at our Niketon office and remaining days remote

Target applicants:

Second and third-year university students who want a long-term career in marketing, advertising, and strategy

GEEKY Social is looking for someone who is naturally curious about how brands work, how people behave, and why certain campaigns succeed while others fail. Someone who pays attention to patterns, connects dots, and enjoys the process of thinking, researching, structuring, and planning. We're NOT looking for a casual enthusiast. We want someone who sees themselves pursuing strategy, planning, and marketing as a full-time career after graduation.

Here are what you are going to do:

§  Research and document customer needs, behaviors, and insights with clarity and precision

§  Prepare internal strategy slides under management direction

§  Plan, prepare, and help pitch media and creative campaigns to clients

§  Contribute to updating sales materials for the business development team

§  Participate in content ideation and social media calendar preparation

§  Assist in planning GEEKY Social's own social media presence and positioning

Here's what we expect you to have:

§  A genuine interest in marketing, advertising, brand thinking, and communication

§  Strong curiosity about consumers, culture, and competitive landscapes

§  Able to work independently without needing to be followed up repeatedly

§  Good research habits and a structured way of organizing information

§  Comfortable preparing slides with clear storylines

§  A student who wants to build strategy skills early instead of waiting for graduation
