The position operates under the guidance of the Senior Manager/Lead, Strategic Initiatives, while managing defined tasks and workstreams within an agreed scope. Success in this role requires strong communication and analytical skills, effective collaboration with multicultural teams, and the ability to work within structured yet evolving and sometimes uncertain organisational contexts.

  • Support ERP implementation plan for the BEFs and Country Offices by preparing analysis, comparison materials, and decision-support documentation, in accordance with the BI's growth plan
  • Ensure ERP-related decisions are informed by strategic, operational, and organisational considerations, rather than system-led imperatives.

Organisational Change Management

  • Support and coordinate change management processes for strategic and digital initiatives, focusing on adoption, communication, and capability-building.
  • Prepare and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and capability-building plans to support large-scale change across BI.
  • Identify resistance, capacity constraints, or adoption risks, and recommend mitigation actions within scope.
  • Assist in tracking ERP change adoption metrics, contribute to feedback loops, support post-go-live reinforcement activities, and help maintain documentation for lessons learned and continuous improvement.
  • Support leadership in embedding new ways of working, systems, and processes across diverse organisational contexts.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Coordinate engagement across programme verticals, BEFs, and Country Offices to support delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Support in identifying and implementing ways to enhance cross-vertical collaboration, improving efficiency as well as governance, tracking, and reporting mechanisms through assigned strategic initiatives.
  • Support entry into new—or exit from existing—geographies and entities by analysing strategic, delivery, and risk-related issues and recommending actionable solutions.
  • Assist in developing 'entry'/ 'exit' paper into new geographies as an off-the-shelf manual/how-to document to guide future expansion and transition from any country.

Team Coordination & Ways of Working

  • Support team learning, reflection, and documentation aligned with BRAC's values and organisational DNA.
  • Promote disciplined work practices, effective knowledge management, and institutional learning within the Strategic Initiatives team.
  • Attend cross-functional meetings and provide executive support to the team and the Director, Strategic Transformation and Risk (STR), along with other tasks as agreed.

Safeguarding, Safety and Security

  • Implement programme decisions keeping the safety and dignity of programme participants/clients at the center, mitigate safeguarding risks and contribute to a safe working environment where staff are respected and feel confident to voice concerns without fear of retaliation.
  • Receive mandatory training on the safeguarding policies and reporting channels and have access to policies.
  • Participate in discussions on the safeguarding agenda in monthly meetings and actively voice concerns without fear.
  • Report safeguarding incidents witnessed or experiences to the Safeguarding department. For known cases, maintain neutrality, be sensitive and non-judgemental to victims/survivors, and cooperate with organisational investigations providing accurate information as needed.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Masters in Development Studies, Public Policy, Business Administration, Management, or any other related fields.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in strategy development, organisational transformation, large-scale programmes/ project management, complex planning and training/ capacity development, operational effectiveness, evaluation, or digital/ERP-related initiatives.
