We're growing fast and are looking for a
Digital Marketing Specialist

who can own and scale our digital acquisition strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on data, experimentation, and measurable results

What you'll do

  • Plan, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and similar platforms.
  • Monitor performance data, analyze key metrics, and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Optimize conversion funnels by identifying bottlenecks, running A/B tests, and boosting sign-ups.
  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that builds awareness and drives adoption of the EarningsCall API.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to refine positioning and messaging.
  • Leverage analytics tools to track effectiveness, generate insights, and report results.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Plan and execute
    email marketing campaigns

to nurture leads and engage the community

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in running and optimizing digital ad campaigns (Google Ads required).
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels and growth marketing tactics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar).
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate numbers into strategy.
  • Creative problem solver who isn't afraid to test, iterate, and push for better results.
  • Experience in
    email marketing

or marketing automation tools.
