Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including customer interactions, sales consultations, managing customer relations, and delivering product training. The role requires developing and implementing sales strategies, targeting potential clients, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Specialist will work closely with the sales management team to ensure objectives are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions and help clients onboard
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage structured sales processes
  • Previous experience in IT or technology sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
