link building, guest posting, technical SEO, and digital growth strategies
. As we expand, we are seeking ambitious
Partnership Managers
who can build strong business relationships, drive collaborations, and unlock new opportunities in the global market.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills who thrives in creating long-term win–win partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
- Identify, research, and qualify potential partners (publishers, agencies, and brands).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Outreach & Negotiation
- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other professional platforms.
- Present offers such as guest posting, SEO packages, and digital collaborations.
- Negotiate deals and ensure mutual benefit.
Sales & Growth
- Convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Manage and track partnership pipelines efficiently.
- Forward qualified deals to the right department for execution.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the SEO, content, and marketing teams to align efforts.
- Share client/partner feedback to improve services.
Performance & Efficiency
- Achieve maximum results with smart, cost-effective strategies.
- Regularly report performance and outcomes to the management team.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Economics, or Communications
(other majors considered if sales/partnership experience is strong).
- Proven experience in
business development, outreach, or digital partnerships
(SEO/digital marketing industry preferred).
- Strong
negotiation and convincing skills
.
- Excellent communication skills in
English (written & spoken)
— fluency is a strong plus.
- Understanding of
sales funnels, client expectations, and digital offers
.
- Ability to work independently with limited resources and still deliver measurable results.
- Knowledge of
SEO, link building, and digital partnerships
will be considered a major advantage.
