Accounts Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage daily accounting operations.
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payable.
  • Maintain and monitor petty cash and overall company cash handling.
  • Payroll Management and salary sheet Maintain.
  • Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
  • Regularly verify inventory and update ERP software.
  • Responsible for managing the store alongside accounts.
  • Prepare and review bills, vouchers, and accounting records.
  • Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
  • Handle daily banking transactions.
  • Additional responsibilities will be discussed after appointment.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree or CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is a plus.

Additional Requirements

  • Proven experience in both accounts and HR roles, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong command over accounting software & HR management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and lead a team efficiently.
