Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager Learning and Development located in Bhaluka Upazila. The Manager Learning and Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs, managing learning initiatives, and leading leadership development efforts. The individual will ensure that all training materials and programs are effective in developing the skills of employees and aligning with the company's goals.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Training & Development, and Learning Management
  • Experience in Training and Instructional Design
  • Proficiency in Leadership Development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the apparel industry is a plus
