Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision & Business Growth
- Develop and execute innovative strategies for product segmentation and customization to address diverse customer demands in the RMG sector.
- Drive market penetration initiatives for new and existing apparel markets, ensuring top-line growth and cost-efficiency.
- Strengthen the company's image through strategic partnerships, exceptional operational performance, and community engagement.
- Lead key customer engagements to reinforce relationships and demonstrate commitment to quality and excellence.
Operational Excellence
- Optimize resource utilization, including workforce, machinery, and materials, to enhance plant productivity.
- Establish and monitor benchmarks for operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop robust production planning and cost-control strategies to ensure profitability.
- Lead and implement cost optimization projects to foster a sustainable business model.
Customer Focus & Quality Management
- Enhance customer satisfaction through improved quality, timely delivery, and superior service.
- Build and maintain customer loyalty by optimizing key account relationships.
- Foster a culture of quality, aligning processes with customer expectations and organizational objectives.
Sustainability
- Ensure compliance with environmental and social regulations, embedding a culture of sustainability across operations.
- Drive energy and resource optimization to meet corporate sustainability goals.
People Management
- Cultivate a diverse and inclusive workforce, fostering continuous learning and innovation.
- Develop and promote training programs to enhance employee skills and adapt to technology-driven processes.
Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and customers.
- Communicate with senior management to provide updates on performance, technological advancements, and operational initiatives.
Process Optimization & Technology Integration
- Identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, adopting advanced manufacturing technologies and automation systems to enhance efficiency.
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
- Monitor operational costs and implement cost-saving measures.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Implement workplace safety programs to minimize risks and promote employee well-being.
Reporting & Analysis
- Analyze production data and generate actionable insights to forecast trends and drive informed decision-making.
- Regularly report operational performance metrics to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA) or equivalent in Operations Management, Industrial Planning, or related fields preferred.
- Certifications in SCM, SA 8000, or Audit Management are advantageous.
- Minimum of 10+ years in garment manufacturing operations, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in process-driven manufacturing, preferably with global or renowned local companies.
- Hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing technologies and automation systems.
