About the Role

Salma Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join its Internal Audit Department. The selected candidate will primarily work with Angan Development Ltd. and Angan Properties Ltd., supporting project monitoring, cost control, and quality assurance activities. The role also includes occasional audit assignments across Salma Group's factories.

This position is ideal for professionals with strong experience in civil construction and auditing of developer or real estate projects, who can ensure compliance, efficiency, and value optimization in ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of ongoing construction and real estate development projects

• Review and assess the quality of civil works, ensuring compliance with drawings, BOQs, and specifications

• Monitor project progress, material usage, and cost efficiency

• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for data verification

• Prepare detailed audit reports and recommend actionable improvements

Qualification:

Education:
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Diploma preferred)

Experience:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate projects. Candidates with internal audit experience in developer or real estate companies will be given preference.

Compensation & Benefits:
Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications)
