Detailed Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will play a critical role in auditing technical operations, ensuring efficiency and driving performance accountability across factory units. Key responsibilities include not limited to:

• Audit and evaluate production performance against defined KPIs (efficiency, utilization, wastage, downtime).
• Prepare
  analytical reports
  on production trends, variances, and factory performance for management.
• Conduct
  machine efficiency audits
  (spindle utilization, stoppage analysis, breakdown trends).
• Review and recommend in
  new machine purchase
  , upgrades and capacity expansion projects.
• Inspect and verify
  spare parts consumption, usage and quality
  to prevent misuse and ensure cost control.
• Monitor and audit
  maintenance effectiveness
  , including preventive maintenance schedules.
• Audit
  inventory control
  for raw materials, spare parts and work-in-process to detect leakage/wastage.
• Assist in developing and refining
  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  for production and maintenance control.
• Conduct
  ad hoc audits
  on specific issues identified by management (e.g., unusual wastage, downtime, or quality issues).
• Provide
  data-driven recommendations
  for process optimization, cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Verify compliance with
  safety, environmental and regulatory standards
  in factory operations.
• Act as a
  liaison between Internal Audit and Production/Technical teams
  , ensuring timely resolution of findings.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./Diploma in Textile/Mechanical Engineering
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in spinning/textile production, quality control or maintenance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, data analysis), Word, PowerPoint; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with KPI tracking, variance analysis and data interpretation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with factory teams and management.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic factory environment.
