Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Uttara for a Jr UI/UX Designer. The Jr UI/UX Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking methodologies, creating visual designs, and developing prototypes. Additionally, the designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and ensure the delivery of user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies
  • Skills in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) practices
  • Experience with Prototyping tools and techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • Experience in the IT or software development industry is a plus
