Role Description

We are seeking a Trainee Software Engineer to join our on-site team in Dhaka. This full-time role involves assisting in software development, learning and applying programming concepts, focusing on back-end web development, and working closely with mentors to gain hands-on experience in real-world projects. The Trainee Software Engineer will also contribute to the design and implementation of software applications, while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science
  • Skills in Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and general Programming
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  • Collaborative mindset and good communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus
